Jeanette Nishi, 70, Peachtree City, died Nov. 23, 2007. She was born in Greenville, Ala. She was preceded in death by her son, Lawrence E. Rodgers, and her parents, Ruby M. Ingram and Louis Butts. She traveled round the world as a military wife and enjoyed being overseas in Africa and Germany. When her husband retired from the United States Air Force, they moved to Florida, but they recently moved to Georgia to be near family. No local services were held. Survivors include her husband, Toshitaka Nishi, Peachtree City; a brother, Donnie L. Butts, Montgomery, Ala.; a son, Timothy R. and Eileen Rodgers, Aurora, Colo.; daughters, Cynthia Eggleston, Mesquite, Nev., Catherine Barton, Cheyenne, Wyo., and Connie and Robert Wesolowski, Peachtree City; 13 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
