The Cancer Support Group meeting at First Baptist Church in Newnan will hold its first program of 2006 today at 10 am in Room 120C at 15 West Washington Street. A special discussion session will be held allowing guests an opportunity to share successes in their journey through cancer. Survivors will also share ideas for better approaches for the best care and treatment processes that might benefit new cancer patients. Guests are invited to bring their questions for sharing and for discussion. The support group welcomes cancer survivors, their caregivers, family, friends, and anyone who would like to learn more about life after cancer while enjoying the caring and fellowship of others.
