David Austen McDaniel, 18, Sharpsburg, died Nov. 24, 2007. He was born Dec. 10, 1988 in Pensacola, Fla. He was student at Gordon College, and will be remembered for his quick wit, his willingness to help, and his love for family and friends. Services were at the McKoon Funeral Home chapel with interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Newnan. Survivors include his parents, David and Patricia Bailey McDaniel,Sharpsburg; siblings, Joshua Rodgers, and Rachel McDaniel; grandparents,James and Marjorie Bailey, Pensacola, Fla.; uncles, Steven Glenn Bailey, and James L. and Tammy Bailey Jr.; aunts, Rebecca and Jim Pettit, and Tammy Lynn Shirah; and cousins, Jenny Bower, Sam Bailey, Eric Bailey, and Steven Shirah.
