The manager of a Halloween store in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday for an incident in the store dressing room with a minor employee, police said.

Raymonde Neely, 35, of Thorton Court, Fayetteville was charged with sexual battery and simple battery, police said.

The incident occurred Oct. 10 after the Spirit store closed and the girl went to go try on some different costumes in the dressing room, police said. When she was halfway undressed, the victim noticed Neely in the mirror with his pants undone and his penis exposed, police said.

Neely then made an off-color remark to the victim and placed her hand on his penis, police said.

The victim ran away from the store and later reported the incident to officers, police said. The store was located in the old Hi-Fi Buys building in north Fayetteville.
