we don't need traffic cop at Walt Banks and Parkway

I go that way to work, and go through that 4 way about 7:55 every morning and the traffic cop that they use now makes it worse than ever. The Lady that use to be there did a much better job. If the traffic cop would just stop traffic for the golf carts to go by and then stay out of the way traffic moves much fast.
