Mr. and Mrs. George Downing Wray III of Shreveport, La., announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Christine Elizabeth Wray, to Robert Frank Moody, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jackson Moody Jr. of Waco, Texas, formerly of Fayetteville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Wray Jr. of Shreveport and Mr. Hans William Lange of Pittsburgh, Pa. and Mrs. Melissa McMurry Lange of Knoxville, Tenn. She is a 2002 graduate of Caddo Magnet High School and a 2006 graduate of Baylor University where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She earned her master’s degree and teaching certificate from Baylor University in May, 2007. She currently is employed as a second grade teacher with the Waco Independent School District.

The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Woodward Academy in Atlanta, and a 2005 graduate of Baylor University. He is a fall 2007 graduate of the Baylor University School of Law. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jackson Moody Sr. of Lawrenceville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Garner Charton.

The wedding will be Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Noel Memorial United Methodist Church in Shreveport. After the wedding the couple will live in Waco, Texas.
