Beverly Dorrell Askew, 69, Peachtree City, died Nov. 16, 2007. She was retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. She attended the First Presbyterian Church of Peachtree City, and was a former Sunday School teacher at Morrow Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Swinging Seniors bowling league. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Earl Bland officiating. Interment was at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include her spouse, Walter Kinney; children, Jack Askew, Hugh Askew, and Jeff Askew, Mike Kinney and Angela Kinney; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother, Fannie Mae Crain; a brother, Robert Crain; and a sister, Donna Rowe. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
