The Fayette Alliance Coordinating Teamwork Outreach and Resources (FACTOR) is a public/private partnership of service providers, nonprofit and faith based organizations, businesses and individual citizens. The organization’s mission is to help improve communications and coordination among and between these groups to build a safer, healthier, more effective environment for all our citizens.

FACTOR is looking to obtain a true sampling of the community's perception of the county's strengths and weaknesses, as well as the issues and concerns that citizens would like to see addressed. At least 1,500 surveys will be needed.

The group has attempted to make taking the survey as easy as possible through the services of SurveyMonkey.

Surveys can be completed online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=2jOsL3CziojnaXSeWHSQKQ_3d_3d. This link will take you directly to the FACTOR Community Assessment 2007 survey. The survey will take you approximately five minutes to fill out, and will close out Nov. 30. The tabulated results will be shared with key service providers and policy making groups within Fayette County for use in planning for future programs.
