Sara Marie Zeimet and Justin Brooks Tilton were married in the Garden Courtyard at the Emory Conference Center Hotel on Friday, Sept. 28, 2007. The Rev. Dr. Rick Prigmore of Duluth conducted the outside wedding ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Zeimet of Lawrenceville. She is the granddaughter of David Henault and the late Jean Marie Henault and Dan and Diane Zeimet, of Deerfield, Wis. She is also the step-granddaughter to Sandra Henault, of Hoschton. She is a 2003 graduate of Collins Hill High School in Suwanee and has a bachelor’s of science degree in media communications from Kennesaw State University.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tilton of Fayetteville. He is the grandson of the late John and Martha Tilton of Fayetteville and the late Bud and Lois Dunnan, of Virginia. A 1997 graduate of Fayette County High School, he received an associates degree from Georgia State University. He currently is the general manager of the KnuckleUp Fitness in Douglasville.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a strapless white Maggie Sottero gown and a veil which was also worn by her mother and grandmother. She carried a bouquet of orange and red fall flowers with yellow roses.

Aimee Stover of Loganville, the brides cousin, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Allen of Brooks; Shannon Tilton of Fayetteville; Sarah Wolf of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; Christina Mullikin of Woodstock; Courtney Epps of Senoia; and Yvette Dwyer of Grovetown. The flower girls were Haley Marie Stover of Loganville and the bride’s Godchild, Hannah Zeimet of Cottage Grove, Wis.

Matt Tilton of Smyrna, the groom’s brother, served as best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Allen of Brooks; Matt Digusto of Newnan; David Perry of Senoia, Michael Snyder of Fayetteville; Mike Lassen of Senoia; and Dave Mullikin of Woodstock. The grooms nephew, Jordan Tilton of Senoia, served as a junior groomsmen.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held in the Lullwater Ballroom at the Emory Conference Center

After a honeymoon in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, the couple now resides in Douglasville.
