It’s time again for the annual Miss Northgate Pageant. The pageant, now in its tenth year, takes place Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Centre for Performing Arts in Newnan at 7 p.m.

The winner will receive a savings bond as do the first and second runners up. Contestants are judged on presentation, poise, scholarship and appearance. There are also awards for Most Photogenic and four grade-level princesses will be crowned.

The evening includes musical entertainment and a silent auction that features a wide variety of items for bid. Past years have included gift certificates for popular local restaurants and service establishments, sports and theater tickets, themed baskets, artwork from local artists and more.

Proceeds benefit all Northgate soccer programs. Tickets are $5 at the door and the public is welcome to attend.
