Southside Baptist Southside Baptist Church will have a Fall Festival and cookout for the entire community Saturday, Oct. 22, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m, rain or shine. Free hot dogs, chili, slaw, chips, drinks, desserts and other foods will be available for adults and children. Other activities and features will include a hay ride, games for adults and children, and gift candy bags for the children. The church is at 1332 Ga. Hwy. 92 south, about a mile and a half south of the Fayetteville city limits. Inman UMC Inman United Methodist Church will have a Trunk or Treat event Saturday, Oct. 29, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Minter Farm about a half mile from the church on Hills Bridge Road. The event will feature a costume parade, pumpkin carving (bring your own pumpkin), trunk decorating, apple bobbing, hayrides, face painting and bean bag toss. Food available will include hot dogs, chili, chips, slaw, dessert and beverages. For more information, call the church, 770-461-2123. The Rock Baptist The Rock Baptist Church will host a Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 29 at the church on Sandy Creek Road. A Family Fun Festival is scheduled from 4-6 p.m. and Trunks of Treats events will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The festival will feature food, games, prizes and a Bouncey House. The church is at 1392 Sandy Creek Rd., near Ga. Hwy. 74. Living Proof Living Proof Church will have a Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 29, from 3-6 p.m. Activities will include a moonwalk, games, crafts, refreshments and more. The church is at 414 Jenkins Rd., Tyrone. Fayetteville UMC Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will have its Fall Festival Sunday, Oct. 30, from 4-7 p.m with games, a bonfire, hot dogs and other activities. Trunk or Treat Alley will provide candy for trick-or-treaters. The church is at 175 E. Lanier Ave, across from the old courthouse. Woolsey Baptist Woolsey Baptist Church, 115 Hampton Road in Fayetteville, will have a “Fall Festival, Trunk or Treat” Monday, Oct. 31, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the church.
