Coweta’s new Anglican church meets at Thomas CrossroadsTue, 11/06/2007 - 3:25pm

The recently formed New Life in Christ Anglican Church in Coweta County is now meeting at a new location. The church meets on Sunday afternoons at 3 p.m. in Suite 5 of Crossroad’s Mini Storage, 20 Tower Way, Newnan. Crossroad’s Mini Storage is behind the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Ga. Hwy. 34 at Thomas Crossroads . The Sunday afternoon service includes Holy Communion, the Word, prayer and fellowship. The new Anglican Church is part of the Anglican Mission in the Americas (AMiA), a missionary outreach of the Anglican Province of Rwanda and part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. The purpose of the Anglican Mission is to build an alliance of congregations in America that are committed to gathering, planting and serving dynamic churches in the Anglican tradition. The new Coweta mission is supported by Trinity Anglican Church in Douglasville, a four-year-old congregation that is also part of the Anglican Mission in the Americas.
