Jerry and Patti Smallwood of Dahlonega announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Ann Smallwood, to Matthew Robert Seelbinder, son of Roger and Cindy Seelbinder of Fayetteville.

The bride-to-be is a 1998 Honor graduate of Lumpkin County High School and attended Gainesville State College, majoring in business management and communications. She currently works as an office administrator for American Systems in Alpharetta.

The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management. He currently works as a sales consultant for MarineMax in Buford.

A vineyard wedding is planned for April 26, 2008, at BlackStock Winery in Dahlonega. After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Sugar Hill.
