Tyrone disclosures

Campaign financial disclosures are a part of the process candidates are required to submit in the run up to an election. The most recent of the reporting periods for the upcoming election had a Oct. 25 deadline for candidates to document contributions and expenses relating to their campaigns. Those reports are listed below. All contributions received and expenditures made after Oct. 25 will be due in a final report to be submitted by candidates Dec. 31.

The disclosure information provided by mayoral candidate Mike Smola to date showed $701 in in-kind contributions and $706 in cash contributions, including one $200 donation, a $500 personal loan and other donations of less than $100 each for a total of $206.

Smola listed $580 in expenditures.

Also running for mayor, Don Rehwaldt to date showed $1,267 in cash contributions, with $767 in cash amounts less than $101 each along with $500 from a single contributor. Expenditures were listed at $333.

Post 1 candidate Ken Matthews reported $863.62 in cash contributions, with $763.62 in personal loans and cash contributions and a $100 in-kind contribution. Expenditures were listed at $869.41.

Also running in Post 1 and reporting at the Sept. 30 deadline, Tracy Young listed total contributions at $600, with $200 in contributions exceeding $101 each and $400 in contributions totaling less than $101 each. Expenditures totaled $416.78. Young did not submit an Oct. 25 prior to the end of the five-day grace period.

In Post 2, Nascianceno in his Oct. 25 filing listed no contributions or expenditures to date.

Post 2 candidate Gordon Shenkle for the Oct. 25 filing period listed $400 in cash contributions of less than $101 each and expenditures of $335.31.

Also running in Post 2, Eric Dial listed a total to date of $5,938.23 in cash contributions and $1,504.46 from in-kind contributions.

Cash contributions of $101 or more totaled $4,173.23 and came from 17 individuals, while $1,765 came from contributions of less than $101. Expenditures were listed at $3,403.58.
