Seven Coweta County Title I elementary schools have been recognized as “High Performing Schools” based on academic achievement which helped the schools receive “Adequate Yearly Progress” (AYP) ratings in all categories under the No Child Left Behind act, and four of the schools received monetary grants in recognition of their achievements.
