Elaine Le Gate Brannan, 85, Fairburn, died Oct. 19, 2007. She was born March 5, 1922 in Galveston County, Texas. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Milton Burgess. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Survivors include a son, William T. "Buzzy" and Linda Le Gate Jr., Galveston, Texas; a daughter, Silvia Benedetti, Fairburn; grandchildren; Brent A. Benedetti, Jonesboro, Bart M. Benedetti, Fairburn, Melissa Ann LeGate Haden, Woodlands, Texas, Jason T. Le Gate, Los Angeles, Jaime Sue LeGate, Dallas, Texas, Kimberly Ann Le Gate, and Scotty E. Le Gate, both of Galveston, Texas; great-grandchildren, Brett Benedetti, Brittany Benedetti, Ally Haden, and Bella Rose Haden. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
