Senoia Optimists Present Check for Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Ranch

The Senoia Optimist Club met at the Catfish Hollow restaurant on October 18th for its bi-monthly club meeting. The club welcomed as its special guest Coweta County Sheriff Mike Yeager.

Senoia Optimist Club President Steve Lowe welcomed Sheriff Yeager and the Optimist club members to the dinner meeting. After reviewing upcoming club activities, President Lowe presented Sheriff Yeager with a generous check for the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Ranch program. The Senoia Optimists have helped support this worthwhile endeavor for several years as part of their outreach to youth in the local area and beyond. The motto of Optimist Clubs International is "Friend of Youth".
