It was four up and four down Oct. 23 as Fayette Drug Task Force (DTF) agents arrested four men in back-to-back drug busts at the BP station at Ga. Highway 314 and Ga. Highway 138.

Arrested in the first bust was Kendall Harvey, 22, of Woodstock, charged with sale of cocaine and possession of MDMA, or Ecstasy, according to DTF Lt. Jody Thomas.

Thomas said undercover agents met with Harvey and purchased four grams of crack cocaine for $225. Harvey was arrested without incident, said Thomas. During a search, agents discovered three tablets of Ecstasy in his pocket, said Thomas.

Approximately one hour later at the same location, DTF agents made three more arrests at the same BP station. Phabian Harp, 21, of Atlanta, was charged with two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, said Thomas.

Also charged were two Ellenwood men, Terence Leslie, 22, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and sale of cocaine, and Stephen Montgomery, 21, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, said Thomas.

The bust occurred as agents purchased four grams of crack cocaine from Leslie, said Thomas. Agents also found several grams of crack cocaine packaged for sale in Leslie’s pocket and in the vehicle. Also arrested were Harp and Montgomery after agents found 31 small Zip-lok bags of marijuana during the search, Thomas said. The men were arrested without incident, Thomas added.

All four men arrested are known to have dealt drugs in north Fayette County and in the Godby Road area four miles to the north, Thomas said.
