I am glad that you had a good experience but I did not. Why don't you step into my shoes and see that for three hours I didn’t know if my kid was going to have a seizure, bleeding in his brain, or a stroke. My child had a very serious condition. The point of my letter was that they lost his paperwork and that is why we sat for three hours in the waiting room. When we informed the front desk about symptoms that were getting worse NO ONE checked nor glanced at the child to make sure something serious or life threatening was going on. This is an ER where people go for emergency treatment not a checkup. TWO people missed him not being logged into their "system." I don't need to volunteer to see the incompetence that is there. Don't attack people because they had an experience different from yours.
