Fayette Coweta Family Theatre has changed the dates and times of their upcoming auditions for their family musical "Disney's AristoCats, Kids." Auditions will now be held on Saturday, October 27.

This 60-minute Disney production has all the famous characters from the motion picture including Duchess, Marie, Thomas O'Mally Cat, The Alley Cats, Jazz Cat and hosts of singing and dancing kittens, cats, geese and dogs galore. The upbeat and jazzy score include such favorties as "Everybody Wants to Be a Cat," "The Artistocats" and "Scales and Arpeggios."

Auditions will be held at the FCFT Warehouse at 177 Fulton Court in Peachtree City with ages 5 to 8 arriving at 10:30 a.m. (Ensemble roles only in this group), ages 9 to 12 at 2 p.m. and finally ages 12 to 16 at 3:45 p.m. Call backs for all groups will be at 6 p.m. Auditions will consist of a taught dance and song from the show and cold readings from the script. Production will be held Dec.13-16 at the YMCA Lodge House Theatre. Rehearsals will run Oct. 29-Dec. 12 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with no rehearsals over Thanksgiving break.
