New home sales are nearing the 45 percent mark in Stoneridge, Tim Jones Communities’ 301-home community on Old National Highway in the Riverdale section of South Fulton County.

Stoneridge is composed to two neighborhoods, Stoneridge Lakeside and Stoneridge Enclave, and has homes priced from the mid $100,000s to the low $200,000s.

The residents of both neighborhoods can enjoy a private recreation area featuring a swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and walking trails, and the community has underground utilities, sidewalks and streetlights, along with a homeowners association and community covenants.

The Stoneridge Lakeside neighborhood, which will have 93 homes priced from $177,000 to $201,000, is sold out in Phase I and has 71 homes and homesites still available in its second and final phase.

The ranch and two-story homes in this neighborhood have full masonite front exteriors and vinyl on the sides and back, while the split foyer designs have vinyl exteriors with masonite accents on the front. Yards are fully sodded, and all these homes have privacy fences.

The Stoneridge Lakeside homes contain from three to five bedrooms and from two to three full baths, and the exteriors are loaded with many special features as standards, including vaulted ceilings in the great room (per plan), trey ceilings in the master bedroom, granite or solid surface kitchen countertops, jetted garden tubs, separate showers, and pewter or chrome fixtures in the master bath, and many other features.

The Stoneridge Enclave neighborhood, which is being developed in three phases, is now in Phase II. There are 25 homes and homesites still on the market in the second phase, and Phase III will have 34 homesites.

In all, Stoneridge Enclave will have 208 homes with the current price range from $149,999 to $172,000. Designs include ranch, two-story and split foyer plans, and the exteriors are of vinyl with stacked stone or brick accepts. Yards are fully sodded, and some homes have privacy fences.

These homes have three to four bedrooms and from two to three baths. All these homes are pre-wired for security and come wih a built-in microwave, refrigerator and garage door openers.
