The popular Persimmon Creek new home community in Coweta County announces the opening of a new phase of neighborhood construction. The new North Phase is located near I-85 on Canongate Road.

The North Phase offers 100 traditionally-styled homes on 1.3 acre-plus home sites and a pleasing variety of master-on-the-main, ranch and two-story floor plans marketed in a price range of $240,000 to $370,000. The sales office is in the model home at 79 Sweet Bay Drive, Sharpsburg, Georgia, 30277 in the South Phase and is open seven days a week: Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to dusk, and Sunday 1 p.m. to dusk. We are also opening the second section of the South Phase shortly with existing completed homes available in both phases. Come see what the excitement is all about.”

The high-quality and experienced builders for the North Phase include Martin Homes, Inc. and Olde Towne Builders.
