By: The Citizen
The popular Persimmon Creek new home community in Coweta County announces the opening of a new phase of neighborhood construction. The new North Phase is located near I-85 on Canongate Road. The North Phase offers 100 traditionally-styled homes on 1.3 acre-plus home sites and a pleasing variety of master-on-the-main, ranch and two-story floor plans marketed in a price range of $240,000 to $370,000. The sales office is in the model home at 79 Sweet Bay Drive, Sharpsburg, Georgia, 30277 in the South Phase and is open seven days a week: Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to dusk, and Sunday 1 p.m. to dusk. On-site Prudential Georgia Realty New Homes Division agents Maura Reising and Ginger Smith may be reached by phone at 770-463-3900 and e-mail at persimmoncreek@numail.org. Persimmon Creek’s North Phases amenities will include a sparkling swimming pool and pool house, and nature trails for walking and jogging. The community’s convenient location offers easy access to Exit 56 on I-85 South and a fast commute to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. One of the most appealing aspects of Persimmon Creek is its top-ranked school system. Family residents will send their public school students to Canongate Elementary, Madras Middle and Northgate High schools. “Persimmon Creek has always attracted upwardly mobile families because it’s a community that has it all,” said Prudential Realty agent Maura Reising. “We are now pre-selling in the North Phase. We are also opening the second section of the South Phase shortly with existing completed homes available in both phases. Come see what the excitement is all about.” The high-quality and experienced builders for the North Phase include Martin Homes, Inc. and Olde Towne Builders. Both companies have been building their popular floor plans in every phase of Persimmon Creek. Prudential Georgia Realty’s New Homes Division has represented the successful marketing efforts of both builders in this community and in other local communities in which they are involved. At Olde Town Builders (www.oldetownebuilders.com), quality, craftsmanship and customer service are top priorities. They build approximately 100-150 homes per year, mostly in Fayette and Coweta counties. President Mark Willie is a third generation builder and continues the craftsman's tradition. Olde Towne Builders has grown every year since its launch in 1996. Visit an Olde Towne home for yourself. They range in price from the $180's to the $400s. There's one that's just right for you.
