Pathway honored with marketing awards

Pathway Communities recently won six Professionalism Awards for excellence in advertising and website development from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association at its annual awards dinner.

SummerGrove at Newnan, one of Atlanta’s best-selling master-planned communities, won a gold award for “Best Website” and silver for “Best Print Ad Newspaper, Half Page Any Amount of Color.”

Lake Astoria in Cumming, won a gold and silver award for “Best Print Ad Magazine, Full Page and Over Four Color.” The community also won gold and silver awards for “Best Print Ad Newspaper, Full Page Any Amount of Color.”

In addition to its accolades on a local level, SummerGrove, Lake Astoria and Lake Forest received Silver Awards from the National Association of Home Builders for best black and white ad. Silver Award winners are eligible for a Gold which will be awarded at the national awards ceremony in Orlando in January 2006.

“It is great to be honored for our marketing efforts,” said Peggy Sullivan, Pathway Communities vice president of marketing. “Not only is our marketing award-winning, it produces results. In 2005, we will have over 500 home sales across our six master-planned communities.”

McRae Communications, Pathway’s advertising and public relations agency since 1994, was responsible for the development of the ad campaigns and Web site.
