Coulter's "Perfected Jews"

Coulter said that Christians are "Perfected Jews." I suppose because many of the early Christians were Jews who converted to Christianity.
My understanding of why current Jews need not be "born again" is due to the Covenant with God, which was for the Jews only. I don't know why they were excepted. The term "chosen people" may have something to do with it, I suppose.
She also said that Christians believed in the Old Testament as well as the New Testament, whereas, the Jews did not.
My understanding of that is we "selectively" choose portions of the old Testament to believe, and omit others.
We don't sacrifice living creatures any more, nor do we not eat creatures with certain kinds of hoofs. We eat it all!
These type of arguments are made by some to make a living. I certainly don't feel qualified to dismiss the chances of Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Mormons, Tom Cruisers, and, I think, thousands of other religious divisions, as being "lost."
I have my problems, they have theirs!
