Earl Wayne Wrightsel, 53, of Tyrone, died Sept. 30, 2007, at Griffin Spaulding Healthcare in Griffin. He was born Oct. 29, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio, to the Rev. Kenneth E. and Juanita (Gray) Wrightsel of The Otterbein Home, Lebanon, Ohio. He was an auto mechanic employed by Coca-Cola Company. As a former Ford Motor Co. Factory Representative, he worked with John DeLorian and serviced the DeLorian Automobile. An avid outdoorsman, he loved boating, hunting, fishing, camping, and working on cars. He also was a member of the Lions Club in Georgia. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 4, at McPeek Funeral Home in Granville, Ohio, with the Rev. Fred Ketner officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters Esther Wrightsel (Dale Lobeck) of Newark, Nadine (George) Sparks Delaware; four nieces and one nephew; four great-nieces and one great-nephew.
