William B. Craig, 81, Peachtree City, died Nov. 17, 2005. He was born Feb. 26, 1924 at Fort Sill, Okla. He was graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1945 and joined the United States Army Air Corps. He flew a P-51, F-86, F-105, and F-4 fighter aircraft in the Korean and Vietnam wars. He retired as a decorated colonel after 29 years of service. He was an avid golfer. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Gloria Murphy Craig; sons, William and Linda Craig, Sierra Vista, Ariz., Peter and Darlene Craig, Hemet, Calif., and Robert and Linda Craig, Beavercreek, Ohio; daughters, Kathleen and Robert Gradon, Ashburn, Va., Nancy and Randy Sage, Peachtree City, and Joanne and Corry Jackson, Seminole, Fla.; and 13 grandchildren. A memorial mass was held at St. Matthew Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Victor Galier officiating. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery on Jan. 12, 2006. Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society, in care of St. Matthew Catholic Church, 215 Kirkley Road, Tyrone, GA 30290. Carl J.
