Billy J. Myers, age 73, of Moreland, Ga, formerly of Lexington, NC. died September 22, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Betty Myers. Children, Pamela Myers Pack of Luthersville, GA. and James R. Myers of Michigan. Sister, Margaret Delapp of Lexington, NC. Grandchildren, Robbie Myers of Moreland, Shane Pack of Luthersville, Davey Pack of Luthersville, Barbara Myers of Douglasville, Robert Myers of Douglasville and Bobby Stephens of Jasper, AL. Five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Myers Stephens and parents, Robert and Della Myers. Myers was an A&P mechanic for Eastern Airlines and also employed by Groov-Pin. Mr. Myers served in the US Army in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean Conflict.
