Patricia Ann Lewis, 76, Peachtree City, died Dec. 13, 2005. She was born March 2, 1929 in Covington, Ky. Memorial services were at Carmichael-Hemperley chapel with the Rev. Father David Epps officiating. Survivors include daughters, Candi and Bill Leech, Tyrone, and Melodi and Mark Lewis-Carvour, Chattanooga, Tenn; grandchildren, Courtney Leech, Kristin Leech, Chelsea Carvour, and Cole Carvour; and a sister, Mary Jane Schooler, Cincinnati, Ohio. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
