Mary S. Webster, of Peachtree City, died Sept. 30, 2007. She was a charter member of the Peachtree City United Methodist Church and a member of the Ad Loy Ho Sunday school class. She is survived by her husband, Max Webster, of Peachtree City; daughter Lynda Prater of Newnan; son John Webster and wife Carol of Roswell; three grandchildren, Paige Creasman and husband Scott of Atlanta, Patrick Prater and wife Jennifer of Boca Raton, Fla., Jill Kendrick and husband Stephen of Albany; seven great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007, at Peachtree City United Methodist Church with remains placed in state at 1 p.m. The Rev. Chuck Hodges and the Rev. Betsy Haas will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Carl J. Mowell & Son, Peachtree City, is in charge.
