Southside Church presents ‘A Night for Africa’ Oct. 27

Southside Church in Peachtree City will host Brackenhurst Ministries in presenting a picture of the needs of Africa with special keynote speaker Andy Andrews.

The event is planned for Saturday, Oct. 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the church, 777 Robinson Rd., Peachtree City.

Andy Andrews, hailed by a New York Times writer as a “modern day Will Rogers who has become one of the most influential people in America,” is an internationally known speaker and novelist who has been received at the White House and has spoken at the request of four different United States presidents. He presently has a two-hour special airing on PBS, “Andy Andrews: The Seven Decisions.”

Tickets are $25 and will benefit Brackenhurst Ministries, a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating in Kenya. Brackenhurst was founded by Kim Pace of Fayette County.

Fellowship, desserts and coffee will be enjoyed after the program.
