When the doors open to our new senior center this fall, we will need V.I.P.s like you to volunteer. V.I.P.’s with their helping hands and caring hearts make a difference in our community. Can you give two to four hours per week to volunteer in one of the following areas? Assist at the membership desk, answer phone calls, help with program registrations and general office duties. We need greeters to welcome our guest and give building tours of the new facility. V.I.P.s will assist instructors in the many different program areas…computer classes, art classes, dance classes, etc. We need your leadership skills to assist in the planning and organization of special events, such as dances, parties, luncheons and dinners. Kitchen V.I.P.s are needed to assist with serving meals. To become a V.I.P. call Fayette Senior Services at 770-461-0813 for an application or pick one up at the office at 390 Lee Street in Fayetteville off Highway 85. The new senior center will be at #4 Center Drive…across from the Justice Center login to post comments |
