Fayette County Post 105 Commander Dave Niebes, R, congratulates Joe Bowers, who was honored for his 60 continuous years of membership in the American Legion. Bowers served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and joined the American Legion in 1947. He has served the post in many positions including 40 years as finance officer, post director and most recently on the audit committee.
