Communities Magazine recently honored Jennifer d’Oliveira of the d’Oliveira/Thompson Team with Prudential Georgia Realty as a member of the 2007 Communities 100, a designation recognizing Atlanta’s leading Realtors across 15 metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards. This is the first year d’Oliveira has received this honor.

The designation is based on the net sales volume of metro Atlanta’s Realtors as reported and verified by 15 of the area’s boards of Realtors.
This special designation was established in 1986 by Communities Magazine to recognize only the highest producers of the 27,527 Realtors in the area. In essence, Jennifer is in the top one percent of board-certified Realtors in the entire metro Atlanta area.

The Communities 100 honors the top producing 100 Realtors in each of the following three groups: individual agents working for general brokerage companies, agent teams working for general brokerage companies and new home agents working for new home, on-site specialist companies.
The list was published in the May issue of the magazine.

The 2007 Communities 100 are members of the Atlanta board (50% of entire Communities 100), Northeast Atlanta Metro (Gwinnett) (22%), Cobb (9%), DeKalb (4%), Metro South (4%), East Metro (3%), 400 North (3%), Cherokee (2%), Fayette (1%), Hall (1%) and West Georgia (1%).

Jennifer d’Oliveira was honored at an awards breakfast held at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead on May 24, 2007. This invitation-only breakfast was given by Communities Magazine, along with the following sponsors: Benchmark Homes, Bowen Family Homes, Chatham Neighborhoods, Crown Communities, HomeLife Communities, Jackson EMC, John Willis Homes, The Knight Group, Millard Bowen Communities, Morris & Raper Realtors, One River Place, Ross Mundy Custom Homes, Savannah Quarters, Scenic Homes, Silver Creek Communities and Venture Homes.

The d’Oliveira / Thompson Team was named Prudential Georgia Realty’s Top Overall Team for the Peachtree City office and ranked in the top 50 out of approximately 1,400 Realtors for 2006 sales.

The team earned the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award level by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, signifying they are in the top 3 percent for sales production out of 64,000 Prudential real estate agents in North America.
