The Home Source Realtors announces the second in a series of education programs for real estate customers and clients - “Buying A Home in Today’s Market”. The free seminar is offered Saturday, September 15 from 9 - 11 a.m. at The Home Source Realtors Newnan office, 1201 Lower Fayetteville Road.

Topics will include mortgage information, identifying buyers’ needs and desires, and the home-finding and home-buying process. Guest speakers Lynne Staples and Rick Gardner from Countrywide Home Loans will discuss the rapidly-changing mortgage market, various mortgage options, and steps to secure financing.

“Despite the recent media focus on the mortgage industry, numerous programs are still available to buyers,” said David Payne, Countrywide Home Loans Newnan branch manager. “It is an exciting time to be buying a home, and there are many choices for financing today.”

The Home Source Realtors will provide information about working with a Realtor to expedite searching for and purchasing a home, the buyer agency relationship, and the home-buying process from contract to close.Seminars are open to all persons interested in buying a home.
