Jim Warwick, a perennial multi-million dollar producer in metro Atlanta real estate for more than 15 years, has joined Beacham & Company, Realtors as a senior sales associate. Warwick comes to Beacham & Company from Harry Norman, Realtors where he was a Top Ten Agent Companywide and a Top Ten Agent in his Harry Norman office for several years. In 2001, he earned the prestigious Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Board of Realtors for achieving $1 million in sales volume for 10 consecutive years. Over the years, Warwick has developed a reputation as a Historic Property Specialist and represents numerous buyers and sellers of historic homes in towns within the Southern Crescent such as Covington, Griffin, Newnan and McDonough. In fact, he currently has a historic, Greek Revival-style home in McDonough listed for $875,000 that has been in the same family for 150 years. According to Warwick, sellers of historic properties in the Southern Crescent are looking for agents with companies that can reach buyers beyond their own market area. “Most buyers of historic homes in the Southern Crescent aren’t from the immediate area,” Warwick said. “One of the reasons I joined Beacham & Company was because of their focus on unique properties and the people who buy them.” “Jim has been a friend for a long time and someone whom I have respected over the years for his professionalism and integrity,” Beacham said. “We are very pleased to have someone of Jim’s caliber represent our company.” He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and a masters of science degree from Georgia State University. The company was founded in 2006 by Glennis Beacham, one of metro Atlanta’s most prolific real estate agents over the last 15 years. In the first half of 2007, the company had the highest average sales price of any general brokerage company in metro Atlanta. |
