Gloria Williams, Michelle Johnson and Lisa Gray of The Home Source Realtors have earned professional designations to provide advanced real estate skills to home sellers and buyers.
Gloria and Michelle were recently awarded the Graduate, REALTORĀ® Institute (GRI) designation by the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR). They join top producers comprising some 12% of GAR membership holding the designation.

The designation is awarded to Realtors completing 90 hours of classroom instruction covering topics that included contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. The courses, which address local, state and national real estate practices affecting real estate agents and their clients and customers, are taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country.

Gloria is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Fayetteville. She also holds the e-PRO designation equipping her with Internet expertise to expedite the relocation process for home buyers and home sellers with fast thorough Internet communication. The nationally recognized e-PRO certification includes her among an elite group of only one percent of all Realtors in the country to have graduated from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) course. Gloria also is skilled at working with persons aged 55+ as a holder of the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to meet the needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating or refinancing residential or investment properties.

Michelle, who is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, also is an e-PRO designee and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well.

Lisa Gray joins more than 32,000 real estate professionals in the U.S. who have earned the ABR designation, after successfully completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

All are members of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.
