Development plans for nearly 20,000 square feet of office and retail space on Fayetteville’s south side won approval Tuesday from Planning & Zoning commissioners.

Located on the northwest corner of Ga. Highway 85 and Grady Avenue, the 2.11-acre Teton Village site was proposed for two, single-story buildings. The proposed building exteriors would consist of a steel frame with brick veneer.

Commissioners also voted to reduce the number of shared parking spaces from 99 to 89.
