McIntosh’s Lady Chiefs varsity softball team defeated Creekside 22-1 on Tuesday. After only notching one run in the first, McIntosh scored 11 runs in the second and 10 in the third for the win.

Freshman Aimee McKibbon went 2-for-3 at the plate and drove in five runs, while senior Erin Justice added four RBIs, while going 2-for-4 at the plate. Senior Holly Houghton also went 2-for-4 at the plate with 4 RBIs and sophomore Nicole Fox went 2-for-2. Freshman pitcher Linsey Hearn got the win. She faced 11 batters, struck out eight and walked two.
