Bonnie Lee Palmer, Fayetteville, died Aug. 19, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin "Dick" Palmer in 1961 and a grandson, Scott Jordan. Services were at the Mowell Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating. Interment was at Greenhills Memory Gardens, Summerville, Ga. Survivors include a son, Dale and Phillis Palmer, Midland, Texas; daughters, Peggy and Sam Champion, and Gail and Ken Jordan, all of Fayetteville; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Harry Campbell; and a sister, Mildred Mitchell. Memorial donations may be made to the Fayetteville First Baptist Church. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
