Cancer society seeks artists

The American Cancer Society’s 2007 Cattle Barons’ Ball is looking for some creative local artists willing to donate their time and talent to help with one of the ball’s most unique fund raisers.

Artists are being asked to decorate one (or more) of 50 ceramic piggy banks that will be sold or auctioned during the Nov. 3 event, which touts the theme: “Reel Cowboys With a Real Cause.”
