Virginia H. Flury, 86, Fayetteville, formerly of McDonough, died Aug. 8, 2007. She was born May 6, 1921 in Cobb County. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Ann Flury. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Thomas McElroy officiating. Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include her husband, Edwin M. Flury, Fayetteville; sons, Jerry and Linda Flury, Tyrone, David and Gaye Flury, Hampton, and Steven and Teresa Flury, Cullowhee, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
