By: The Citizen
Tracy Bell and Lynn Cook of The Home Source Realtors now hold the e-PRO designation. The advanced education equips them to use Internet expertise to expedite the relocation process for home buyers and home sellers with fast, thorough Internet communication. The nationally recognized e-PRO certification includes them among an elite group of only one percent of all Realtors in the country to have graduated from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) course. The e-PRO program is designed to prepare real estate professionals in maximizing the use of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate, and implement new Internet business models. Nearly 70 percent of consumers begin their search for real estate-related information on the Internet, according to NAR. As holders of the e-PRO designation, Tracy and Lynn are specially prepared to meet the fast-growing consumer demand for Web-based real estate services. Tracy is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A licensed Realtor since 2003, she has lived in Peachtree City for nearly 20 years. Tracy is an active volunteer at Peachtree City Elementary school, where she serves as president of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors. Tracy specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties. Lynn is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Fayetteville. A licensed Realtor for three years, she is a resident of Brooks. Lynn is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and the Board’s Circle of Achievement Club, and was the Top Sales Agent for the Fayetteville office in 2006. She specializes in new and resale homes and commercial real estate in Fayette, Coweta, Henry and Pike counties. login to post comments |
