A Tyrone man and a Chattahoochee Hill Country juvenile have been charged in the July 14 arson fire in Fairburn that destroyed a home and took the life of the family’s dog.

Seventeen year-old Josh Dutton and a 15 year-old male, of Chatt Hills, were charged with second-degree arson, cruelty to animals and criminal damage to property in the incident, said Fairburn Fire Chief Jody Weller.
