Maj. Gen. and Mrs. Rip Detamore of Peachtree City announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristi Ann Detamore, to Travis Wayne Coffman of Austin, Texas, son of Michael Coffman and Mrs. Helen Coffman, also of Austin.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard White of Dothan, Ala., and Mrs. Saranel Detamore of Huntsville, Ala., and the late Lowell Coan Detamore. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in human resource management. She was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is employed by Arylessence, inc., a fragrance and flavor manufacturer in Marietta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Russie Bagley and the late Austin Carter Bagley of Baytown, Texas, and Mrs. Edith Coffman and the late Thomas Glenn Coffman of Odessa, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, before moving to Roswell in 2005. He is a sales representative with WaterSports Central, Inc. in Buford.

The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 17, 2007, at 5 p.m., at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at Whitewater Creek Country Club.
