McDonough Road Baptist Church will present Jennifer Stanley in concert Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary.

Stanley, a native of Indiana and a vocal performance and music education graduate of Butler University, is an up-and-coming contemporary Christian artist who has released three CDs.

Her 2003 release, entitled “Rain,” was produced by Dove Award winner singer/songwriter/producer Margaret Becker and recorded in Nashville. On this release she did a duet with multi-Dove Award winner Ray Boltz.

“We’re blessed to be able to bring in this talented artist to present a Christmas concert for our church family and community,” said Mark Karki, minister of worship at McDonough Road Baptist. “Jennifer has a real gift of encouragement.”

The Christmas concert is free and open to the public. The church is at 352 McDonough Rd., just past the driver’s license office.
