Nancy Barr, O.D. and Stephen Stubbs celebrated their marriage in Cozumel, Mexico, June 16, 2007. The ceremony was attended by their children Caitha Barr, Jordan Barr, Kaitlyn Stubbs and Ryan Stubbs.

The bride received her doctor of optometry degree from The Ohio State University and practices with Dr. David Johnson at Eye Care Plus in Peachtree City. She is a past president of the Georgia Optometric Association and was honored as their Optometrist of the Year in 1997. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and was previously employed as a contact lens consultant by Johnson & Johnson.

The groom is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and earned his master’s degree from Northern Michigan University. He is an international captain with Delta Air Lines.

The couple resides in Peachtree City with their children.
