New faces in new places in local real estateTue, 12/13/2005 - 3:30pm

Sophia D. Allen is a new sales associate with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. Allen, a DeKalb County resident, has been in real estate for four years and recorded $4.9 million in sales in 2004. She is Quality Service-certified, and she has completed a New Home Sales Seminar and several home building classes. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the DeKalb and Rockdale Boards of Realtors. C. Ann Bracewell is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Bracewell, who is beginning her real estate career, is a Coweta County resident. She has four children: Taylor, 14, Cassidy, 13, Savannah, 10, and Breann, 8. Jerrie Cauley is the latest to join the Prudential Georgia Realty sales team. She is based out of the Fayetteville office at 834 S. Glynn Street. A Georgia native from College Park, Cauley is a graduate of North Clayton High School. Residing in Jonesboro, she concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette, Clayton and surrounding counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jennifer Gowin has joined Prudential Georgia Realty’s sales team. She is based out of the Peachtree City office at 246 City Circle in The Avenue Shopping Plaza. Originally from Pensacola, Fla., Gowin currently resides in Coweta County. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, and the Georgia Association of Realtors. She concentrates on residential real estate in the Coweta, Fayette and surrounding region. Mitzi Preston has joined Prudential Georgia Realty’s sales team. She is based out of the Peachtree City office at 246 City Circle in The Avenue Shopping Plaza. A Georgia native from Americus, Preston resides with her family in Coweta County. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Georgia Southwestern College. She concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. Janet Sloan is now among the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A native of Virginia where she was graduated from Emory and Henry Collage, and formerly a resident of Texas, she has business experience in communications and marketing. She and her husband Mike, a pilot with Delta Air Lines, and their two children are residents of Peachtree City. She specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding areas. Laura Wilson is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Wilson, who received her real estate training through the Georgia MLS Training Institute, majored in accounting at Griffin Technical College and took computer courses at Clayton College and State University. A McDonough resident, she is a member of Salem Baptist Church, and she enjoys playing tennis and raquetball and working out on a regular basis. Angela Zuccarelli is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Zuccarelli, who is a Coweta County resident, graduated from the Gaddy School of Real Estate in Peachtree City and is a member of the Newnan-Coweta, Georgia and National Associations of Realtors. A native Floridian who grew up in a strong Italian family from Italy, she enjoys relaxing on the beach and making Italian food.
