Seber Associates, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm based in Lake City, Fla., announced the establishment of operations in the State of Georgia. Dave Main, a licensed agent, will head up the Georgia operations from a branch office in Peachtree City.

“Seber Associates has been licensed in Georgia for some time, but has not had the capacity to build any real presence there,” says Steve Smith, President and Broker for the company. “With Dave in place we can give our sellers multi-state exposure as well as giving our buyers a wide range of properties in Georgia as well as Florida. We are also in the process of establishing operations in Tennessee.”
