Bullard officers, agents in quarterly rankings

The Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization had one office and several agents who received recognition from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation for performance during the 3rd quarter of 2005.

In Top Offices in Georgia standings, Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office placed at No. 5 in both Listing Units and Total Units.

Agents from the Bullard organization who were ranked in the Top 10 sales associates in Georgia during the third quarter included the following:

Adjusted Gross Commission Income - Donna Tidwell, Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty McDonough/Henry County office, No. 2; Susan Clowdus, Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty Jonesboro/Clayton County office, No. 4; and Betty Denio, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart of Conyers, No. 10.

Selling Units - Donna Tidwell, No. 2.

Total Units - Tidwell, No. 2; and Clowdus, No. 3.

Listing Units - Tidwell, No. 2; Clowdus, No. 4; and Doug Crumbley of Bullard’s McDonough/Henry County office, No. 9.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.

The company, which is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, was listed at No. 13 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most recent ranking of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies.”

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
