Woolsey Baptist to offer ‘Facing Forever’ seriesTue, 07/24/2007 - 3:18pm

The Facing Forever study, a 13-week course that investigates what the Bible teaches on eternity will be held at Woolsey Baptist Church, 115 Hampton Road in Fayetteville every Sunday night, from 6-7 p.m. beginning Aug. 19 and ending Nov. 18. Workbooks are $12 each, are recommended, and need to be ordered by Friday, Aug. 3 by calling the church, 770-461-9618. Each session begins with a 25-minute video with a wide range of information and issues that relate to eternity. After the video, the pastor will lead in a time of discussion. The videos are produced in a television magazine format with featured interviews with top experts and authors, on-location videos, real-life stories, music and cutting-edge graphics. Experts appearing on the videos number more than 30 and include Kay Arthur, Dr. Richard Bewes, Dr. Bill Bright, Dr. Larry Crabb, Elisabeth Elliot, Franklin Graham, Dr. E.V. Hill, Barbara Johnson, Anne Graham Lotz, Dr. Erwin W. Lutzer, Dr. Luis Palau, David Robinson, Dr. Joseph M. Stowell, Joni Eareckson Tada and Ravi Zacharias. Topics of discussion will include the end of life, fear of death and fear of the future, among others.
